• Perfumes may only be returned if they have never been opened, used, tested, or altered in any way.
• The perfume must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received, including the original sealed packaging and all accompanying materials.
• Opened, used, damaged, or tampered perfumes are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Custom-Made or Personalized Products

• Products that are customized, altered, or made specifically upon customer request cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
